It is well known that northern Missouri is a hot spot for top quality whitetail deer. This outfitter has worked for years to build and maintain the quality of bucks that frequent his hunting areas. Through managed land practices and limited hunting, those efforts pay off with a high number of trophy bucks being available and taken by his hunters annually.

Hunters stay in a comfortable and affordable hotel in town where the outfitter has a block of rooms reserved for his hunters. He and other guides will be staying in the hotel as well making transport to the hunting area simple each morning (arrangements can be made to drive yourself if that is desired). Each property is equipped with multiple comfortable ladder stands and hang-on type bow stands. Outfitter staff are available to assist with game recovery and field preparation once your buck is on the ground. The properties you will be hunting consist of crop fields, CRP land, brushy draws and small timber lots. These features combine to produce some top quality whitetail bucks.

Not often do the rifle seasons overlap the annual whitetail rut, but in Missouri, that is the case. The first rifle hunt is in early November when rutting action can be very hot. The second rifle is in mid-November and can still have heavy rutting activity. The archery hunts run from mid-October through the month of November. Regardless of your hunting method, there is a good chance of rutting action during your stay.

With over 20 years of guiding experience and excellent relationships with the various farm/property owners, this outfit has become a top producer of trophy class Missouri whitetail bucks. Space is limited with many return clients each year. With this in mind, it may be necessary to book your hunt a year or more in advance.
