But for those non-resident deer hunters willing to hire an outfitter or guide, Nevada offers a drawing separate from the main drawing. And the odds in this outfitter drawing are typically much better. All that is required is that you contract with an outfitter and have them submit your application. There is not a separate outfitter drawing for elk, pronghorn, bighorn sheep, or mountain goat. However, there are a great number of outfitters and guides that provide hunts for these species.
